Worked at Novabase on the WinLib/WeCul product line, handling implementation and integration of the product across client environments. Provided ongoing support and maintenance of the product modules.

Responsibilities included researching and providing information on technical trends, daily interaction with clients through meetings, phone, and direct support. Developed software for WinLib/WeCul applications and managed SQL Server database administration for the specific product.

This role built the foundation of client-facing IT consulting — understanding that technology only matters when it solves real problems for real people.
