Planning, developing, and implementing inbound/outbound campaigns and back office systems at one of the world’s largest BPO companies. Developed reports and internal applications, coordinating directly with clients and co-workers.

Worked hands-on with Informix databases and led migrations from Informix to SQL Server, implementing SSIS workflows along the way. Implemented two operational platforms — GoContact and Inconcert — and handled SQL Server database administration alongside software development in VB.NET and PHP.

This was where the database journey truly began — learning to deal with SQL Server as a whole while building the automation instincts that would define the career ahead.
